Bentley administrators set a course for the Middle East in November, with stops in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

The university representatives were President Gloria Cordes Larson; Vice President for Development, Corporate and Alumni Relations Bob Minetti; and Director of International Advancement Jennifer Aquino. During two days in each country, the three met with high-level officials and shared campus news with Bentley parents and alumni.

“It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, increase institutional visibility in the region, and introduce President Larson to our alumni, parents and friends in each country,” reports Aquino.

Alumni who joined the gatherings included Rajive Keshup ’06, Talha Yesilhark and Khurram Abdulla ’96 (United Arab Emirates); Abdulla Al-Khalifa ’01 and Yara Faraj ’99 (Bahrain); Fay Al-Tukhaim ’06 and Osama Bastaki ’00 (Kuwait); and Nasir Al-Sharif ’04, Aseel Kamel ‘04, and Ahmed Jamsheer (Saudi Arabia).
